This section is under construction, but it will basically have our rationale for applying for a low-power fm license from the FCC. Many people have put their lives into this project. Instead of fighting authority by continuing to broadcast illegally, we decided to hone our creative and technical skills in peace. Creating and being part of a virtual community has enfranchised and transformed people who were previously ignored by society. I am very proud of this project and look forward to presenting our application.
